Artic Technologies B.V. builds laboratory hardware, not an advertising business. We collect the minimum personal data needed to answer your message and run a pilot with your lab.

Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact data you send us: name, organisation, email address and the content of your message.
- Correspondence and meeting notes relating to a pilot or evaluation.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when loading this site (IP address, user agent), used for security and stability only.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and prepare a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the site secure and functioning (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for profiling or advertising.
Who can see it
Only the Artic team members involved in your request, plus the service providers that host our website and email. Those providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to a signed agreement are kept for as long as the law requires (in the Netherlands, generally 7 years for administrative records).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email Info@artic.technology and we will respond as soon as possible. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
